Shipping Services

US Domestic:

  • Economy Shipping: 4–8 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

International:
Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

  • Handling time (1–3 business days) and transit time are calculated from Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Total Delivery Time: Handling time + Transit time
  • Order cut-off time: 12:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time, GMT-08:00).

Delivery Zones

We ship domestically within the United States and internationally to most countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

International Buyers – Customs Information:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs. These fees are determined by your country’s customs office and are the buyer's responsibility.

Restricted delivery zones:

  • Cuba (CU)
  • Iran (IR)
  • North Korea (KP)
  • Sierra Leone (SL)
  • Palestinian Territories
  • South Sudan
  • Myanmar
  • Crimea, Ukraine
    Delivery to these regions is restricted due to political or logistical limitations.

We use USPS and other reliable carriers to deliver your orders.


Estimated Time of Arrival

All items are made-to-order. Once payment is accepted, your order enters production for the best quality and care.

  • Production Time: 1–3 business days (varies based on order complexity)
  • Processing Time:
    • Simple designs (e.g., text or dates): Same day or next business day.
    • Full-color designs (e.g., pet portraits): 1–3 business days depending on complexity.

Note: During peak holiday seasons, production and delivery times may be delayed by up to 10 business days.

When your order is shipped, a tracking link will be emailed to you so you can monitor your package’s journey.


Order Tracking

You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates may take 5–7 days to appear in the carrier’s system.

If tracking events are missing or your package is delayed beyond the estimated arrival date, contact us at hello@cutie.dog and we’ll resolve the issue for you.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout!

  • If we detect incorrect or missing information, we’ll contact you for an update, which may delay your shipment.
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address or returned to us due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

What happens to returned orders?

  • Returned orders cannot be restocked and will be donated to local charities. Reshipping will require a re-shipping fee.

If you contact the carrier to redirect your package after it leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.
