We are happy to support this cause! Dogs make wonderful companions. The benefits they give to those who have them can be truly life-changing.

History:

A therapy dog is someone’s pet that’s been trained to be a working dog. These canines have many of the same qualities as guide dogs for the blind, but with some differences. Therapy dogs need to be well-mannered, reliable, predictable, and controllable at all times. They must also be sociable—loving to be around people—and willing to engage with others. Therapy dogs can really put a smile on your face! If you see one in public, be sure to thank it for its hard work and dedication. Even better, get the dog's favorite toy or treat and give a gift in return.
